Hi! My name is Sara Dougherty and I am a wife, mom and Jesus lover! I have a degree in Public Relations and Journalism, but being mom is the best title I’ve earned.

In my career, I worked as a swim instructor, hostess/waitstaff, local news producer, marketing for a nonprofit, Public Information Officer for an elected official, and now I am helping medical professionals make rounding more efficient.

I am a born and bred Oklahoman who married my sweetheart in 2015, together we have three beautiful children. We currently live in the Houston area.

Fiat Communication stems from God’s call to Mary to be Jesus’ mother, her Fiat was her “Yes” to God’s will. This adventure is my “Yes” to God’s will. We had one week to decide if we were going to move our family 400+ miles away from the only place I had ever called home. I had 3 months to get my home of 10 years boxed up and secure a new home in a community I'd never visited. We have been so thankful to find a Church and school community in Tomball, TX and are thrilled at how well our children are thriving meeting friends and educational expectations.

My goal is to streamline documentation and processes, so providers can spend less time pre-rounding and more time focusing on individual patient needs and care.
